This isn't about finding new meals ideas, it's simply a schedule of your meals and when you want to have them.
The following meal types are supported:

Simply add your meals for the above categories and start creating Meal Plans based on your meals (you can even select multiple for each category).
Not sure what meal to have or forgot to update your plan? Once you have entered enough meals, My Meal Plan provides smart suggestions depending on the time of day and your hunger level - and this is just the beginning.
My Meal Plan can remind you to create your daily Meal Plan if you forget.

* Subscriptions
- Subscription purchased via In-App purchase will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase, subscription automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Your subscription can be managed by going to your Account Settings after the subscription has started. Unused portions of a free trial period will automatically be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Your subscription will last for 3 months or for the duration selected when subscribing. Once subscribed you'll get access to all pro features specified at the time of sign up. Subscription features and benefits may vary at anytime without notice.
